To achieve this we have developed a multi-star authentication process for members, meaning sellers can be confident that the offers they receive are genuine.  Each verification stage is optional and free of charge.  Members will gain an extra star of authentication for each step they take, boosting their member profile.

To register for free membership with PropertyDeal, simply click on the link and enter in your details.  An email will be sent to the address you provide with a secure link to activate your membership. 

In addition to a standard membership, there are three options for authentication, which is a service provided to help create a safe online market place within which to buy and sell property. This service is free of charge.

Address Verification

Members can request to become address verified.  A letter is sent to the member's address containing a unique code. 

The member then signs into their account and enters the code in the appropriate field gaining an extra star of authentication.

LAYWER'S VERFICATION

Members can request to become lawyer verified.  An email will be sent to the member's lawyer who returns with verification of the member via a secure link. Once confirmed, the member automatically receives an extra star of authentication.

SELLER'S CONFIRMATION CODE

Sellers who list with PropertyDeal can generate free marketing brochures with a simple click of a button.  PropertyDeal extracts the information on the seller's property and inserts it into a printable marketing brochure. 

The marketing brochure also contains a unique code which is distributed to interested buyers either directly or at an open home. When this code is entered in the appropriate field a special star of authentication is activated for the member.  This special star is relevant only to the property which the code relates to.
