| Members have to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the site when activating their membership. The terms and conditions of a standard sale and purchase agreement must be read and accepted when an offer is made. PropertyDeal monitors activity on the website. PropertyDeal's reputation depends on the site being used appropriately by members and we have taken every step to ensure the site will be used as such. In the event an offer is made that is neither genuine nor intended to be followed through, PropertyDeal will pursue a member to the full extent of the law. Please refer to the rights and obligations page for information about making an offer.

What happens if I receive an offer I suspect is not genuine?
| Offers have to be accompanied by a member’s contact phone number. If you cannot contact the member via the phone number or suspect that the phone number is not genuine, you should treat the offer as such. You should then immediately notify PropertyDeal, who will block the member's account and endeavour to contact them. If there is no response over a reasonable period, PropertyDeal will automatically cancel their membership.
