    Buyers can become a member with PropertyDeal for free.  Once the free membership has been activated, you may make offers using the PropertyDeal system

    The house buying process then continues as per normal with the buyer locating a suitable property

    Once a buyer has located a suitable property and wants to make a conditional or unconditional offer, they simply login and submit an offer on ANY property for sale in New Zealand using PropertyDeal's negotiation wizard

    Agents or sellers will receive a text message altering them that an offer has been made, and a text summary of the offer will be electronically sent to the agent or seller.

    The buyer can then counter offer, accept or decline either online using PropertyDeal or directly

    Each time the buyer wants to counter offer, they can do so using the PropertyDeal system.  The process continues until an agreement is reached

    When an agreement is reached online, PropertyDeal display's this information in the form of a standard sale and purchase agreement

    The details of the agreement can then be manually inserted or over-printed onto a hardcopy of a standard sale and purchase agreement

Buyers, Real Estate Agents, Developers and Sellers can register as a member with PropertyDeal for free. 

Real Estate Agents and Property Developers can activate their membership and integrate the customised offer system for free.  The integrated customised system allows buyers to make an offer from any agency or developers site.

Once a buyer activates their free membership they are able to make an offer on ANY property for sale in New Zealand from the comfort and privacy of the home or office.  The system follows the Real Estate Institute Inc and Auckland District Law Society Sale and Purchase Agreement 8th Edition.

List a Property

List a Property

Once you have become a member you can list a property if you are selling or looking to sell. 

Login, select List a Property in your My Account page and upload property information and photos.

Choose from our listing options, then submit.  You will be taken to a secure pay-station for credit-card payment, or we accept direct debit or cheque.

Once payment is confirmed, your listing will be activated and displayed on-site.  This will help in your marketing campaign by increasing the exposure of your property.

Once a buyer has located a property they wish to make an offer on, they can do so using our unique negotiation wizard.  Agents who have taken advantage of our FREE customised offer page will be able to direct interested buyers to their own site to make an offer.

A buyer can make a conditional or unconditional offer using the negotiation wizard.  The negotiation wizard will guide the buyer step-by-step with help fields explaining the process.  The buyer can review the offer  and send it to their lawyer for approval prior to submitting.

The best way to understand how the negotiation wizard works is to try it.  A Trial of the Negotiation wizard can be found on the left side of the Home Page.

Buyers will receive a confirmation of offers via email and can review the offer in their PropertyDeal account.

A text message will be sent to the agent or seller altering them that an offer has been made.  Agents and Developers will then be able to review the offer online through their account using the offer and negotiation management system (if they have integrated the system)

Agents or Property Developers who haven't integrated the system will electronically receive a text summary of the offer. 

We encourage Agents and Property Developers who haven't integrated the system to activate the spam protection email on the homepage to ensure offers  are received into their inbox and not junk mail.

The offer can then be accepted, declined or counter-offered either online or directly depending on whether the system has been integrated.

Each time a buyer wishes to counter offer they can do so using the PropertyDeal system.  Simply logon, select re-submit offer and alter price and conditions as desired.  Select submit and your counter-offer will be sent.

The negotiation process continues until an agreement is reached either directly or online using PropertyDeal.

The information from the agreed offer can then be displayed in the form of a sale and purchase agreement.

Alternatively, agents can insert the details from the online agreement into a sale and purchase agreement,  or have their client’s solicitor draw up the sale and purchase agreement.
