Once you are ready to submit an offer on a property simply Become a Member, and select prepare an offer in The My Account Page or the Make an Offer Icon alongside the listing if it is available for sale on the PropertyDeal site.

For further peace of mind, you can send your prepared offer to your lawyer to look over and approve - all prior to sending to the real estate agent or vendor!

how to make an offer
Buyers can use our free online or telephone offer system by first registering as a member with PropertyDeal.
Once you have registered, you can make an offer by clicking on the Prepare an Offer Link in the My Account page, or by selecting the Make an Offer Icon along-side the property listing

If the property is not listed for sale on the PropertyDeal site our system will ask you to insert the the agent or vendors phone number and email in the first step
You can then choose to send the offer directly to the agent or vendor, or alternatively send the offer to your lawyer first for review and approval.
Follow the simple 12 step process and fill in all the required information. Help icon's provide information to assist you at each step in the process, and if you have any questions you can call PropertyDeal on -09-950-4570
Insert and amend one of the available conditions, or insert your own conditions in the conditions text box
Read the terms and conditions and then submit
PropertyDeal will then send the details of the offer to the agent or vendor who can prepare the contract for signing
